Key Output

Compile accurate machine analysis and report on all technical issues
Identified compile informative technical report on all systems (TA report),
Reports are given to Supervisor to action, normally discussed with CSR to obtain incremental business.
The report depending on customer availability get to discussed with customer on site by the analyst.
Always maintain a professional image and ensure safe work practices are followed

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF 3
Machine specific technical knowledge and skills
Sound interpersonal and communication skills
Basic technical report writing
Basic business and financial understanding
Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge
problem-solving skills
Applicable product knowledge
Drivers licence – Code B
Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures
