What will you do?
In this position you will join our Finance team, where you will play an integral part in the successful delivery of projects by assisting with the financial management of projects.

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant B. Com accounting degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the project finance environment. Good communications skills will be required to build lasting relationships and long-distance relationships. You must have a passion for upskilling and training staff.

In this position you will join our Finance team, where you will play an integral part in the successful delivery of projects by assisting with the financial management of projects.

- Leading Project Financial Accountants as a line manager but also on project finances of the Region
- Give training and guidance to Project Executives and Project Assistants
- Assist the Business Unit MD’s and technical staff with providing financial assistance on their Projects to meet their monthly targets.
- Compile monthly financial reporting pack
- Co-ordinate and supervise the monthly revenue recognition process
- Follow up on Working Capital (accounts Receivable and Work in Progress)
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Delegation of Authority
- Approve various financial transactions on our ERP system
- Compile monthly reconciliations
- Co-ordinate the Working Capital certification process bi-annually
- Assist with queries from the Business Units
- Provide information as part of external audit process
