Client Care Consultant-Outbound

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Client Care Outbound team as Specialised Client Liaisons. This is a telephone-based position focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for service are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients regarding problematic deliveries.
• Calling clients before their skincare products are dispatched.
• Performing other ad hoc client calls and administrative duties as required.

Salary Structure:

This role is fully commission-based, with earnings tied to successful client interactions.

Earning Potential: Approximately R17 500.00 per month, based on percentage of target reached.
