Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a product management or adjacent role (e.g., Product Analyst, Associate PM) at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly articulate product ideas and collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and basic understanding of the product lifecycle.
- A passion for technology, UX, and solving user problems through great software.
- A curious, proactive mindset with the ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements, write user stories, and support delivery of high-impact features.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with company and team goals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover customer pain points and identify product opportunities.
- Contribute to shaping an intuitive, impactful user experience through close work with the design team.
- Develop domain knowledge in information security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and more).
- Track product KPIs, monitor success metrics, and support feature adoption and go-to-market efforts.
