C-HOME DEBTS is a fast-growing debt management and recovery firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses regain financial control. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our remote team and lead a dynamic group of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of debt recovery agents

• Monitor performance and ensure daily targets are met

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training

• Handle escalated cases and resolve client concerns

• Track team KPIs and compile performance reports

• Collaborate with management to improve operations and processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferably in collections, finance, or customer service)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools

• Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
