• Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management.
• Participate in menu planning and provisioning.

• Proven experience in a similar role at sea.
• Certificate in culinary or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
