Reports To: General Manager - Quality

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Onsite Quality Officer to join our team. The Onsite Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and are in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and reviews of our processes and products to identify and resolve any quality issues, as well as providing guidance and support to our staff to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. The Onsite Quality Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of our processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities, and propose and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
• Provide guidance and support to staff on quality-related matters, including training and education on quality management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports as required by regulatory agencies and internal policies
• Participate in external audits and inspections, and act as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality management, engineering, science)
• Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry
• Knowledge of quality management systems, standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, FDA regulations)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proven ability to lead and drive quality improvement initiatives and projects
• Certification in quality auditing or quality management is a plus
