Our Finance team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Administrator to work in a permanent full-time role at our Head Office in Wellington's vibrant CBD. Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with the billing for our services.
- Clearing invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Auditing unbilled charges
- Communicating with customers professionally and effectively
- Market competitive salary
- Great team culture with regular social events, weekly treats, award schemes

- Well-being initiatives, including access to EAP services
- Accounts Receivable experience and efficiency - a year or two in would be ideal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 360 – proficiency in Excel is important
- Detail oriented and meticulous in their planning
- Excellent communicator – confident and fluent when dealing with both clients and colleagues
