Key Job Functions
The Senior Manager Employee Wellness and Benefits will be responsible for the following objectives:
The Senior Manager Employee Wellness and Benefits will be responsible for the following objectives:
- Manage the operations and related activities of the Health and EAP services rendered at TSAM with the focus of Total Employee Wellness throughout TSAM (Durban and Johannesburg).
- Management of the Service Providers.
- Administrative management, including financial management
- Monitoring and reporting on patient care
- Oversee quality & cost-effective health services to TSAM employees in accordance with South African legislation.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve the Total Employee Wellness Plan at TSAM through effective collaboration with the Safety, Health and Environment department, canteens, EAP & Health Services.
- Monthly financial reporting (actual vs budget), management reviews, KPI Management, Contract Management, SLA Development and Management & Planning
- NQF Level 6 with 360 Credits in Business Management / Administration (preferential) or Human Resources Management equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 Years Management experience is essential.
- Advanced computer skills. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent managerial, organisational and verbal/written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Health and Safety environment and Laws
- Project Management will be an advantage.
- Managing staff, processes and projects.
- Medical & Wellness management, knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
