Delivers complex, large scale digital products through the integration and optimisation of the internal value chain.

Implement and lead on delivery of strategic products to ensuring that business stays on leading edge of technology, contributing across the technology stack, from database and develops infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, to native apps Job Description Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degrees or Advanced Diplomas (NQF7) the fields of Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing or Design
  • 8 + years experience in a similar field (Digital products)

Preferred:
  • Honors or Masters level qualification in relevant field (NQF 8 + )
  • Experience in the financial services sector
Key accountabilities: Accountable for the end to end execution of the digital strategy across digital front end channels across a complex portfolio of business units by persuing parallel execution paths on channels . Making the required trade off decisions to maximise KPIs and value outcomes Accountable for the operational excellence and puts systems, processes and continuous improvement measures in place to ensure maximisation of key value drivers across Accountable from the eye of the customer and looks at the end to end system holistically to drive out key results. Is able to interlock key deliverables across the value stream. Accountable to break down the strategic outcomes into defined works packages that can be interlocked across various structures Accountable to deliver on the commercial outcomes of the digital assets and seek ways to maximise the value of the asset. Will use marketing tools, communication methods and in channel digital techniques to promote and commercialise the strategic outcomes of the digital assets Drives new ways of work by implementing best practices and methods for the functional chapter. Stays abreast with trends and developments within the digital PM (Lean Startup) world and serves as a professional functional specialist. Implements the required improvements to improve the maturity of the capability Provides innovation solutions to digital problems and seeks to identify customer opportunities that are solved digitally. Accountable to encourage experimentation within the team and demonstrate innovation outcomes Leads the execution team of cross functional experts and creates the culture of innovation and results orientation. Seeks to develop others within the function. Ensures adherence too but also contributes towards creating effective standards for the ideation, creation, launch and continuous improvement of digital assets. Takes end to end accountability to deliver key strategic business metrics through the interlock and collaboration of many functional areas Product Enhancement: Remain abreast of industry standards to identify new product opportunities Risk and Control: Continuously review product processes to identify areas of real and potential risk within the Product Product Analysis: Review Product process to continuously look for enhancements within the product process Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with critical stakeholders such as tech, operations, channel etc. to ensure optimal product delivery end to end Skills & Competencies required:
