Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to emails and other correspondence

Data capturing and record keeping (digital and paper)

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Prepare and format documents in Afrikaans and English

Filing and general administrative support at the office when needed

Communicate with clients and assist with general business admin

Requirements:
Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken, written, and read)

Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Must reside in or near Villieria, Pretoria

Must have own transport and be able to work from the office as required

Preferred Experience:
Background in the construction industry (advantageous but not essential)

Between 3 - 5 Years
