About The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join the team and support day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will help expand the brand's reach, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure consistent messaging as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate on email marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.
  • Maintain and update the website and digital assets.
  • Support brand consistency across internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or generalist marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
