Trafalgar Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to ensure our properties shine, delight tenants,
and support our property management objectives. Be the eyes and ears on the ground, creating positive first impressions
and maintaining clean, secure, and well-maintained properties!
What You’ll Do:
Conduct Inspections:
Schedule and perform thorough in/out, interim, and common area inspections, documenting conditions with precision
using prescribed templates and securing lessee sign-offs.
Manage Maintenance:
Source quotes, arrange work orders, oversee maintenance tasks, and ensure cost-effective, time-efficient delivery for
vacant units and common areas.
Deliver World-Class Service:
Provide same-day responses, first-time-right execution, and friendly, professional interactions with tenants, service providers,
and Portfolio Managers.
Support Administration:
Handle maintenance documentation, from archiving reports on Qdocs to managing invoices and deposit refund processes,
ensuring a robust audit trail.
Enhance Property Performance:
Ensure vacant units are move-in ready, support fast-tracked deposit refunds, and contribute to optimized rentals
and financial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Matriculation and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Property sector experience is a plus!
Skills:
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, task delegation, and leadership. Moderate time management, teamwork,
and adaptability to pressure. Basic communication and a friendly disposition.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, moderate knowledge of rental collection procedures, basic accounting principles,
and relevant acts. NQFL4 completion is advantageous.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
