AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

We seek a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst who is responsible for supporting the Sales Operational Excellence and Communications team. This role involves continuously improving the CRM Maturity model and communications within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Facilitate and promote Customer Relationship Management projects within the Siemens Healthineers organisation.
  • Support SAP P58 rollout and data alignment as required for the success of the project.
  • Manage CRM data integrity, sales pipeline, and territory alignment.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Enable sales team through training, process documentation, and sales tool administration.
  • Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption in order to create deeper insights
  • Analyze & manipulate data in Excel, and provide feedback to users
  • Assist with various aspects of the data management process – which may include data input
  • Presenting data result outputs to the team and management teams as needed
  • Support the sales team on the use of the CRM system (Oracle Sales Cloud)
  • Perform ad-hoc data investigations when necessary

Qualification And Experience

  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative interpretation of data and data modeling
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 in particular Power BI including Power Query, advanced Excel skills
  • Business skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 in particular Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage remotely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and trends in the area of responsibility.

  • This role is based in Gauteng region and will be office based minimum 3 days a week, possibly more as required.
