The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Lead to oversee and support the success of our South African professionals placed with 3rd party clients. This is a key role that blends coaching, career development, culture building, and occasional recruitment/headhunting.

You’ll act as the bridge between our internal culture and the clients we support, ensuring our people feel equally connected to us and empowered in their roles with the businesses they’re assigned to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to offshore team members working under 3rd party clients.
  • Drive performance, job satisfaction, and career development through regular check-ins, reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Develop and implement individual career growth plans aligned with both our company values and client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, helping team members feel connected to both our company and the client’s environment.
  • Act as the escalation point for any issues or challenges faced by SA team members.
  • Work closely with client managers to ensure expectations are clear, and that our team members are set up for success.
  • Assist in identifying and recruiting new offshore talent, including active headhunting when required.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to improve retention, engagement, and employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a team leadership, talent management, or people operations role.
  • Background in offshore resourcing, outsourcing, or IT sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Comfortable navigating client relationships and acting as a liaison between multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to spot both challenges and opportunities early.
  • Experience with talent sourcing/headhunting is a plus.
