Additional Job Description
Perform maintenance tasks such as but not limited to
- replacing light bulbs
- doing repairs on furniture, doors and windows
- install fixtures such as shelves and cabinets
- liaise with contractors
- manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as needed
- maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out
