As the Payroll & HR Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, supporting general HR functions, and ensuring smooth people operations across multiple properties. This is not a desk-bound role — you’ll be interacting with staff, handling HR admin, and ensuring compliance across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites

Assist with onboarding, leave tracking, and HR documentation

Support daily HR functions and staff queries

Maintain accurate records and ensure labour compliance

Work closely with department managers to meet staffing and payroll deadlines

Assist during weekends or public holidays when necessary

Only candidates with proven payroll experience will be considered

Only candidates with Hospitality background will be considered

Excellent attention to detail and love for admin

Self-motivated and disciplined

Own reliable transport

Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required

Strong organisational skills and deadline-driven

Role involves being active, moving around, and interacting with people — especially in a hands-on environment like a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
