Job Description
To lead in segment talent teams in collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address business specific requirements
- Guide and lead in-segment teams and business units in the identification of appropriate solutions to address talent development requirements.
- Understand, develop, and integrate strategies to identify, acquire, develop, retain, and reward talent across the segment.
- Provide expertise and specialist guidance in contributing to focused talent solutions within the segment.
- Engage and collaborate with COE teams on a continual basis to support in-segment alignment, insights, and innovation within the talent development space.
- Manage relationships with enterprise talent development, in segment business units, communities of practice, and other stakeholders.
- Consult with business to understand their requirements and concerns, collaborate with talent development team to identify appropriate solutions, interventions, and programs to address these.
- Advise business on available interventions or programs to address their requirements, consulting with talent resources to reach implementation stages.
- Guide, coordinate and support the implementation of various talent development interventions and programs (whether solution specific, performance management or learning and development) across the area of responsibility.
- Participate in the design and development of talent development programs, including the delivery and measurement of learning and development initiatives, the structure of employee segment specific solutions and performance management programs.
- Identifying business unit and segment specific requirements, intricacies and aligning outcomes with business values, strategies, and objectives.
- Attend talent development governance and collaboration forums.
- Consolidate and socialise reports containing analytics, execution reviews and future plans for all areas of responsibility.
