Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms
• Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions
• Negotiate, consult on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Display and market properties to potential buyers
• Handle paperwork, listing updates, and communications
• Work with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
• Promote listings through ads, open houses & platforms
• Remain up to date on market trends and best practices
• Arrange and attend property viewings
• Respond to and follow up on enquiries
• Source new business leads

Requirements:

• EAAB & NQF 4 estate agency qualification (essential)
• Matric certificate
• Proven real estate sales experience with a solid track record
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities
• Professional, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Proficient in MS Office
