Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Competence: Assessor (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in ETDP Level 4 (Essential/Minimum)
- 2-3 years of experience in a People and Performance administrative or services environment (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Experience in coordinating training activities and managing databases
- Ability to conduct functional audits and maintain data integrity
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the administration of all training activities, including registration and documentation.
- Manage databases, capture and update information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct audits on training details and learner information, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including line management and external partners.
- Organize and book training sessions, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare invoices and manage payments for training facilities, materials, and assessments.
- Support e-learning systems and facilitate self-directed learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and address any potential hazards.
- Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation for management review.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and ethical practices.
