About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our growing operations team. As a key member of our administrative backbone, you will handle various HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance documentation, employee record-keeping, and general HR support across our locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for organization, and understands the unique nuances of workforce management in service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exits as well as ongoing engagement management.
  • Maintain and organize compliance-related documents, including contracts, certifications, and training records
  • Track employee performance reviews and coordinate reminders for performance appraisals
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
  • Be a point of contact for internal HR-related queries and provide timely support to the team
  • Assist with HR reporting and help implement process improvements across the department
  • Attend weekly meetings operations meetings online

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace/ Google Suites, Excel, Trello or Asana)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with North American teams is a plus
