Client Services Consultant

Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Service Consultant; this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Cape Town office.
The role of the client service consultant, as the primary point of contact with clients, is to provide fast and efficient services to the affinity and broker clients in order to ensure client satisfaction, business retention and financial growth. The role would include a portion of the issuing of New Business Policies.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Works with private broker to ensure high quality, efficient and compliant delivery of all clients servicing administrative/transactional activities.
- Loads unpaid policy information on the system.
- Responsible for making outbound telephone calls in order to retain clients.
- Responsible for administration of ACB reports.
- Responsible for processing refunds.
- Responsible for message center Administration, specifically in terms of receiving and distributing real-time messages.
- Responsible for ad hoc loading of new business.
- Responsible for preparation of renewal of policies and relevant debit/credit notes.
- Responsible for processing post claims notifications.
- Involvement in ad hoc projects and reports as required.
- Responsible for adhering to minimum quality and service standards.
- Responsible for engaging in business development and/or contributing directly or indirectly to all business development efforts in Aon South Africa.
- Responsible for a portion of New Business.

Qualifications.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Grade 12. (Matric).
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Registration as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS ACT.
- Registration as a licentiate with the IISA. (Or studying toward a licentiate).
- Sophisticated knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of policy wordings.
- Well-developed team functioning skills.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Well-developed ability to work in and with teams.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
