About Us

We’re an international remote-first staffing company scaling fast—and behind our growth is a strong IT foundation. We’re looking for a hands-on IT Admin Specialist who can manage internal systems, secure access, and support technical operations across teams using Google Workspace, HR platforms, CRMs, and cloud-based tools.

Role Overview

This is a mid-level IT role focused on systems admin, user access, security protocols, and general tech support. You’ll manage admin panels, domain settings, employee provisioning, and ensure tools are secure, compliant, and functioning seamlessly. Your work enables every team to operate productively and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and offboard users across systems including Google Workspace, HR tools (e.g. Deel), CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and Slack.
  • Maintain system-level controls including 2FA, VPN setup, password policies, and MDM practices.
  • Support basic troubleshooting for employees, escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • Manage access and configuration across platforms including ClickUp, Ashby, and internal tools.
  • Oversee domain and DNS management, ensuring proper routing, SPF/DKIM records, and uptime.
  • Perform regular audits of user permissions, system logs, and compliance checklists.
  • Document IT processes and help desk protocols to ensure support continuity and transparency.
  • Assist in light database admin tasks, including cleaning, backing up, and updating internal data systems.
  • Recommend improvements to internal IT systems and automation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an IT administrator, systems support, or remote tech ops role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace Admin Panel and related productivity tools.
  • Comfortable managing user roles and integrations in SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Deel, ClickUp).
  • Solid understanding of VPNs, 2FA, MDM, and access control protocols.
  • Mid-level comfort with database structure and handling (e.g., CSV imports, relational data understanding).
  • Basic scripting, DNS/domain troubleshooting, or admin-level email configuration is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
