Lighting Supervisor Role:
As a supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring your team meets and exceeds set targets and quality for performance and productivity.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their goals and perform to the best of their abilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to support career growth within your team.
- Monitor daily workflows, assigning tasks and managing resources to meet operational deadlines.
- Evaluate team performance metrics, ensuring quality and efficiency are maintained.
- Address operational challenges promptly by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections to confirm compliance with internal and external standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving team issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Track and analyse team performance data, creating detailed reports for management.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights and team feedback.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must-have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role, preferably in Lighting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management tools.

- Achieve team productivity and performance benchmarks consistently.
- Maintain a 95% or higher adherence rate to compliance and safety standards.
- Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
