OKHA is looking for a project manager to oversee the production process of our exclusive, high-end products. Please note that only candidates currently residing in Cape Town, South Africa, will be considered for this role.
Key responsibilities

Interpret design briefs and recommend the best products and accessories
Oversee project production, including costing, quoting, orders, and spec sheet
Ensure quality control of manufactured items and on-time delivery
Keep clients and the sales team updated on project status
Manage supplier relationships and source alternative options when needed
Conduct site visits and quality inspections at factories and installation locations
Assist with product development, drawings, and production tracking
Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring smooth project execution

Key responsibilities:
Essential skills and criteria
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Fusion, plus Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of production processes and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication skills
A valid drivers licence and reliable transport
Advantageous criteria
An Interior Design qualification
Experience in design, sales, or project management
