Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
• A Maximum of 3-5 years’ experience in managing a warehouse/distribution center
• Ability to work shift patterns
• Solid systems knowledge – Advanced Excel, WMS, High Jump, Bomm, camera system
• Retail/Warehouse experience
• Staff Management Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure adequate picking staff available
• Appropriate MHE available to staff
• Oversee that all picking and admin is done efficiently on time
• Report on shift attendance and performance
• Managing of stock
• Receiving
• Replenishment
• Reverse logistics
• Chep pallets
• During night shift has full responsibility when scheduled to work
• Inventory management
• Managing of staff and managers
• Update SOP’s
• Training
• Up skilling management
• Succession planning
• Liaise with Resolve planning and Transporters
• Recycling control
• Staff Management
