We’re hiring a driven and energetic French-speaking Sales Representative to join the team of a fast-growing, remote-first company in the construction and local services space.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for identifying, warming up, and qualifying leads, then handing them off to the founder to close. It’s 100% outbound, primarily SMS-based outreach, followed by callbacks.

Key Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle outbound sales: prospecting, engagement, qualification, and handoff
- Use SMS-first outreach to start conversations, followed by calls and follow-ups
- Offer lead magnets and incentives to convert prospects
- Track all interactions and pipeline activity using internal tools (Coda, Sheets, Ringover)
- Work closely with the founder for lead handoff and ongoing strategy
- Hit daily and weekly activity benchmarks and performance targets
- Continuously test and refine messaging, tools, and workflows to improve conversions
- Fluent French speaker with a neutral or clear accent
- Solid English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Based in South Africa, Morocco, or within ±1-2 hours of the Bangkok timezone
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telesales
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Strong energy, curiosity, and coachability—this is for someone who loves outbound
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp Business, or no-code tools
- Background in fast-paced sales teams or start-up environments
- Experience using tools like Ringover or Coda
- Exposure to automation tools or sales workflows using AI (e.g., ChatGPT)
- A growth mindset and hunger for uncapped earnings
