Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to assess their rental needs and preferences
- Conduct virtual property tours and deliver compelling presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings across platforms
- Coordinate seamlessly with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth leasing experience
- Collect and review rental applications, process lease agreements, and assist with onboarding new tenants
- Prior experience in leasing, property rentals, or a related real estate sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency with property management or leasing software
- Residential leasing experience
- Understanding of local real estate laws, leasing regulations, and compliance practices
- Monthly lease signings
- Client satisfaction (via feedback and reviews)
