Catalog/Pricng Services team at Amazon is looking for a highly motivated and talented candidate to support the improvement of our pricing and margin processes and experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and great capacity of self-management. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate approach to continuously advocating for, and driving improvements on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Provide support for catalog and pricing processes. Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints Guide partners for completing onboarding formalities and train them on internal tools. Co-ordinate with partners and internal teams on catalog/pricing processes. Review Amazon catalog/pricing for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience. Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs. Handle daily, weekly and monthly business reports Work with key internal stakeholders to improve catalog/pricing quality at creation, while providing a self-serviced and user-friendly experience to our partners

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Experience in back office operations, escalation management and trouble shooting environments
