As a Data Operator within the Marketing team, you will be the backbone of our data management. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that all data is captured, maintained, and reported correctly, supporting campaign success and business growth across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

The Data Operator will be responsible for consolidating and maintaining data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This role plays a key part in supporting the marketing team by producing clean, reliable data and generating actionable insights that form the foundation of our marketing strategies.

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates. Ensuring that duplicate, incomplete, or outdated entries are identified and resolved
• Manage data across multiple tools for multiple business units
• Identify trends, gaps, and patterns in the data to support marketing decision-making
• Input data into reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure data alignment with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and the Marketing Department to validate leads and improve data collection methods
• Accurately capture and update marketing data into CRM and database systems
• Provide administrative and technical support to the marketing team as needed

Experience and Knowledge:

• Proven experience in data entry and data management, preferably within a marketing environment
• Experience in marketing with various industries will be a distinct advantage
• Digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO)

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of marketing principles is advantageous but not essential
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience supporting teams in sales, marketing, or operations with data

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.

Faircape offers a market related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience and other market related factors.
