Built or trained outbound teams

Understands the difference between a cold lead and a real opportunity

Can coach people with directness, structure, and credibility — not fluff

This isn’t about theory. It’s about getting people to perform.
Who We're Looking For

A freelance B2B Sales Coach who:
Has 3–5+ years of real-world B2B sales experience (SaaS, agency, consulting, tech)

Has led or trained SDRs, AEs, or founder-led sales teams

Can break down qualification frameworks , objection handling , and closing mechanics

Is confident delivering 1:1 coaching, group sessions, or onboarding workshops

Knows how to command a room (Zoom or boardroom)

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver structured coaching sessions to B2B sales reps, founders, and client teams

Support onboarding of new sales hires with training frameworks

Run call reviews, objection clinics, and sales Q&A sessions

Identify gaps in performance and develop training content to close them

Contribute to refining internal sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs

You Should Have
A track record of B2B sales success (with numbers to back it)

Experience training or mentoring sales professionals

Ability to coach assertively and hold people accountable

Strong communication skills (verbal + written)

Fluent English and confident client-facing presence
