This role offers a platform to build deep expertise in Salesforce, with a particular focus on Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. You will have the chance to work across various industries, contributing to meaningful projects that solve real-world business challenges.

What you will be doing:

• Become a trusted advisor to clients: You will work closely with a variety of businesses to understand their unique needs and translate them into effective, user-centric Salesforce solutions.
• Deepen your Experience Cloud expertise: You will be central to configuring and tailoring Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific client requirements, building valuable and in-demand skills.
• Deliver comprehensive solutions: Your role will involve you in the full project lifecycle, from initial analysis and solution design to data migration, integration, and ensuring the quality of the final product.
• Empower users: A key part of your role will be to train and support clients, enabling them to get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
• Contribute to a supportive team: You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the growth of the team.
  
  
  

What you will bring:

• A solid foundation in Salesforce, with at least five years of experience, and a particular interest or background in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Financial Services Cloud would be an advantage.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce principles and the ability to apply them to solve business problems.
• The ability to communicate complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A proven ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into successful Salesforce projects.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are valued.
