As a Sales Specialist in our Group Travel department, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working together to create unforgettable travel experiences. If you're ready to combine your sales expertise with your love for travel, keep reading!

On daily basis, you will

  • Drive sales and consistently achieve targets within the Group Travel department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our German-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

The basics you bring along

  • A passionate salesperson with at least 3+ years of experience and clear sales results, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Result-oriented and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach with a focus on achieving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Motivated to integrate AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and German.

You can impress us even more with

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Passion for and previous experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with different clients/target groups.
