A vacancy exists for a Field Engagement and Campaign Manager – EasyPay Voucher within the Kazang - Micro Merchant Division, in Century City, Cape Town.

We are looking for a bold, people-first leader to take on the role of Field Engagement and Campaign Manager, a high-impact field role within the EasyPay Voucher team. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, building, and managing regional field teams across four key zones: North, Central, Southern, and Eastern Region. Each region is expected to maintain a minimum of 5 active agents, with leadership provided by your directly managed Regional Field Engagement and Campaign Managers.

This is not a desk job. It’s for someone who thrives in the hustle of the field, knows how to unlock performance from people, and can roll out campaigns with speed and precision.



Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Recruit, Build & Maintain Regional Field Engagement and Campaign Teams

  • Source, Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier Regional Field Engagement and Campaign Managers and ensure each of them builds a capable, motivated team of field agents.
  • Ensure each region consistently has a full team (5+ agents) active and performing.
  • Drive field team culture with strong mentorship, coaching, and performance support.

Regional Field Engagement and Campaign Leadership & People Development

  • Lead 4 Regional Field Engagement and Campaign Managers with weekly check-ins, hands-on field visits, and clear expectations.
  • Build trust and accountability through constant communication and presence in the field.
  • Address people's challenges quickly, while keeping performance front of mind.

Drive Sales & Campaign Execution

  • Set regional Field Engagement and Campaign targets aligned to EasyPay Voucher’s monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Own the execution of field campaigns, activations, promotions, and special projects.
  • Keep teams energised and focused through in-field coaching and performance huddles.

Field Reporting & Operational Oversight

    • Consolidate weekly performance reports across regions and escalate any blockers.
    • Ensure field teams are active, equipped, and representing the brand well in-market.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, Support teams, and Marketing to improve tools and team output.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

    • 3–5 years leading field, sales, or community-facing teams
    • Strong recruiting and people management experience
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
    • Excellent communicator and team motivator
