WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

• Preparation and recording of FX Transactions on Kyriba and the FX database
• Update of Bank Mandates
• Responsible for KYC
• Opening and closing of bank accounts
• Performing of administration duties on the Bank systems
• Maintenance and updating of the Kyriba TMS System
• Update and maintaining of the Bank account Database
• Administration and record keeping of Bank Guarantees and LCs

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

This role requires an individual with Grade 12 and B-Degree in Finance, Accounting.2 – 3 years experience in Treasury Management from an international company with exposure to working across the African continent. We are trying to attract an analytical candidate. Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have computer skills.

TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN

• Treasury management in Saint-Gobain Sub-Saharan Africa including cash management, investments operational and Financial Risk whilst ensuring adherence to the legislative requirements as set by the various Central Banks.
• Daily cash management and reporting across Sub-Saharan Africa Cluster
• Maintenance and updating of the Treasury management system
• Update banking accesses and mandates on an ongoing basis across the cluster
• Bank query resolution
• Bank account clearing with finance teams and/or the SSC
