About the role
The Specialist - Source to Pay supports the development and embedment of the sourcing and category strategy, execute according to plan and track/measure the results.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for engineering projects, spare parts, and technical services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams to understand technical specifications and ensure procurement supports asset reliability and project timelines.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while maintaining quality and supply continuity.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sourcing-related master data, including supplier records, material specifications, and contract terms.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as delivery reliability, quality compliance, and responsiveness, and lead corrective actions when needed.
- Contract with OEM / other vendors to support maintenance planning by ensuring timely availability of critical spare parts through effective use of MRP systems and inventory strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation by engaging suppliers in value engineering, standardization, and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (SH&E), and procurement governance, including the use of preferred suppliers and ethical sourcing practices.

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in industrial environments
- Experience with maintenance planning and MRP systems (e.g., SAP PM/MM)
- Familiarity with e-sourcing tools (e.g., ARIBA)Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and other relevant B2B Marketing industries
