- Grade 12/Technical with relevant trade theory subjects
- NCV Level 4 qualification or
- N2-N6 in Electrical/Mechanical studies
- Complete theoretical training modules
- Complete practical training modules
- Actively work towards achieving required goals whilst maintaining specified engineering & safety standards
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Results orientated
