G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated security management solutions, has a vacancy for a Labour Administrator based at our Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng reporting to the Senior Labour Administrator and National Labour Manager.The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which Labour Administrator plays within a successful business unit. Effective Database AdministrationCreate and maintain rosters for all Customer sites on the Easy Roster system, ensuring the provision of manpower in compliance with contractual requirements.Print duty rosters for CSM /Contract ManagersTransferring between sites

Time and Attendance AdministrationUpdate Easyroster with all corrections received from management and capture posting sheets.Auto ActualActual AttendanceAuto ScheduleDaily posting sheet balancingHealth and SafetyParticipate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year.Participate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetings and safety talksReport all safety incidents to the relevant peopleDiscuss all safety incidentsFollow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management Attend safety education and refresher programsComply with safety policies and procedures at the workplaceDistribute safety information as and when requiredWear protective clothing all the time

Qualification and ExperienceGrade 12Minimum 2 years experience on EasyrosterPrevious experience as a Roster Clerk/ Administrator
