This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extension(s).
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/01/2026.
Position Profile
The successful applicant(s) will provide and promote high quality and patient centred care with the mental health assessment, treatment and management of clients with mental health illness in the Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana catchment area under the supervision of Consultant Psychiatrist. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, work to achieve National, State and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.

The Rockingham Peel Group (RkPG) provides mental health services to adults and older adults living in the communities of Kwinana, Rockingham, Mandurah, Pinjarra and Waroona, collectively known as Peel Rockingham Kwinana (PaRK). The PaRK mental health service is a vibrant and progressive organization whose mission is to provide safe and progressive patient care within a positive work environment and culture.
There is a broad suite of services available including adult and older adult inpatient (including an ECT program) and adult and older adult community services as well as a number of speciality services including emergency department liaison, consultation liaison, day therapy, hospital in the home, early episode psychosis, assertive community treatment, perinatal, GP liaison, drug and alcohol services, aboriginal mental health services, community step up and step down accommodation, amongst others. We offer a range of therapeutic programs including CBT, DBT, rehabilitation services and peer support. We take pride in our strong links with our community partners and the community at large.
