Job Description
As an Account Manager specializing in IP at Nokia in Southern and Eastern Africa, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Sales team, driving new business opportunities across innovative technologies and solutions for Data Centre players and Mission Critical Network. Collaborating closely with pre-sales professionals, you will leverage your commercial and strategic expertise to craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with clients' unique needs, ultimately influencing their buying decisions. You will be empowered to develop and implement growth strategies, engage with key accounts, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and create new business opportunities across emerging markets, technologies, and Data Center and Mission Critical Networks.
Develop and implement growth strategies to leverage market trends, ensuring strong positioning of Nokia's IP solutions with Data Centre and Mission Critical Networks.
Engage with clients to understand their business drivers and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Lead investment proposals and contribute to innovative business models that drive sales impact.
Lead local program execution, serving as the key interface for major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive initiatives for customer diversification, actively sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.
Design and implement tools and processes to support sales efforts and enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving strategic alignment.

Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the technology sector preferably in the Data Centre or Mission Critical space
- Strong understanding of customer business models and industry trends
- Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Experience in preparing investment proposals and developing business models
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive leadership
- Technical expertise in telecommunications solutions or related areas
- Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field
