Handle group reservations, ensuring accurate entry of rooming lists and updates into the system.
Act as the primary point of contact for group clients, addressing inquiries, special requests, and modifications.
Collaborate with the Sales, Front Desk, and Revenue Management teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor room block cut-off dates and follow up with clients to ensure proper utilization.
Prepare and distribute group resumes, rooming lists, and billing arrangements.
Ensure that all reservations comply with company policies and procedures.
Process payments, deposits, and credit authorizations as needed.
Assist in resolving guest issues related to group reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all group bookings and prepare reports as required.
Stay up to date on hotel offerings, promotions, and policies to better serve clients.
Previous experience in hotel reservations, sales, or front office operations preferred.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, OnQ, or similar software is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
