Purpose of Role:
Generally assist to meet production targets and maintain proper housekeeping throughout the Rubber plant plant

- Safety First:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Technical:
- Report any misuse or damage of Company property to the Shift Leader
- Do painting touches on Sprayed castings
- To run receiving report & sort all issues with Receiving team
- Operation:
- Do cycle counts
- Manage WIP ageing & Critical parts in the Machine Shop
- Maintain 6’s at GR area
- Adherence to all statutory HSE and housekeeping / 5S requirements
- Paint parts according to material requirements
- Clean parts with thinners before painting
- Apply grease and tectyle
- Print, paste the labels on the parts according to the material identification.
- Check the parts for minor defects.
- Matric (Grade 12); or 12 to 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license. Valid forklift license. Overhead crane license
