TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Floor Advisor within the Trade Siding division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary:
This role involves supporting daily retail operations through stock control, merchandising, and customer service. It includes handling cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the store remains clean, safe, and well-organised

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
• Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
• Assisting clients in store
• Sorting and storage of goods
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements
• Bag, box, wrap merchandise and prepare packages for shipment
• Compute and record transactions
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Sort, count and wrap notes and coins
• Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical scanners
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
• Receive payment by cash or card
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Stock shelves and mark prices on shelves and items

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of hardware as well as animal medicine
• Knowledge of irrigation and pumps (advantageous)
• Good marketing skills
• Must be hard working and be able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime when required
