Qualification, Experience And Competencies

  • Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering qualification
  • Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of service financial figures
  • Warranty understanding and application thereof critical
  • Understanding of product problem management and impact thereof
  • People management skills, Ability to manage extremely stressed environment
  • Meeting deadlines and target dates essential
