The UX Designer is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of effective and user-centered experiences across the organization’s ERP software products. This role supports the planning, design, and testing of interfaces that improve usability, efficiency, and overall user satisfaction within complex enterprise systems.
The UX Designer works closely with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate user and business requirements into intuitive and accessible digital solutions. The role requires competency in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

The UX Designer is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of effective and user-centered experiences across the organization’s ERP software products. This role supports the planning, design, and testing of interfaces that improve usability, efficiency, and overall user satisfaction within complex enterprise systems.
The UX Designer works closely with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate user and business requirements into intuitive and accessible digital solutions. The role requires competency in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- UX Design Execution:
- Participate in the end-to-end design process for ERP product features and enhancements, from concept through to delivery.
- Design wireframes, workflows, and interactive prototypes aligned with user needs and product goals.
- User Research and Feedback:
- Assist in conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Contribute to the analysis and presentation of research findings to inform design decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, subject matter specialists and solution architects to understand requirements and ensure alignment with user experience goals.
- Participate in design reviews and agile team activities.
- Design System Usage:
- Apply and contribute to the organization’s established UX design system and component libraries in Figma.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to accessibility and usability guidelines.
- Iteration and Improvement:
- Support continuous improvement by gathering user feedback and iterating on existing designs based on user behaviour, analytics, and testing.
- Remain adaptable to project changes and agile development cycles.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with UX trends, methods, and tools, particularly in the context of enterprise software and ERP systems.
- Engage in knowledge sharing within the design team and contribute to collaborative problem solving.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally within enterprise or B2B software environments.
- Familiarity with the design of complex, data-driven interfaces or workflow-based systems (ERP experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience in user-centered design may be considered.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Figma, including component use and prototyping features.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to analytics or user research tools such as Dovetail, Pendo, or Gainsight is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
