The Role
Following our continued growth and success in winning and positioning ourselves to deliver current and future major infrastructure projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery – Production and Quality Control Lead to join our team in South Africa. You will play a key role in ensuring top-class quality control and oversight of general arrangement and reinforcement drawing production teams on a major project.
With a proven track record in a similar role, you will have significant industry experience, particularly in reinforcement detailing. You will be passionate about maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality control, and compliance in project deliverables.

Suitable Applicants Will Have
- 15+ years of industry experience with a focus on production and quality control
- Proven expertise in reinforcement detailing
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit software (Revit experience is an advantage)
- A deep understanding of international standards and industry best practices
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing production teams
