This role requires collaboration across teams and supports internal and/or client partnerships. The Relationship Consultant is involved in day-to-day internal business stakeholder interactions, digital campaign planning, and service delivery, ensuring customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and service standards

Are you someone who can:
Client Management & Relationship Building: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Support the understanding of client needs and objectives to help create tailored digital media strategies
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Help monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
- Support the senior teams to collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data, tech, and AI specialists, to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Participate in regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to review campaign progress and address any issues
- Work alongside internal and external creative, strategy, media, digital development and data teams
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams like Digital Marketing, internal sales teams, campaign managers, designers, tech teams
- Maintain clear communication with all teams, keeping them informed of campaign progress and results
- Manages project timelines and budgets
- Stays updated on industry best practices and ensures the team implements effective digital marketing tactics
- Follow the latest trends and best practices in data, tech & AI
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Some experience in digital media campaign planning and execution
- Basic understanding of GMP, social media, SEO, and other digital marketing channels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management role within digital media
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Interest in AI and tech-driven campaign strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
