The Role:
As our Global Head of Marketing (with a strong Growth Focus), you will be the strategic and operational leader driving all aspects of marketing. You will oversee customer acquisition, lifecycle management, content strategy, community engagement, and brand positioning. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers high visibility and significant impact on revenue growth and company direction.
You will initially work closely with a lean team and will be responsible for building and scaling the marketing organization as we grow.

The Role:
As our Global Head of Marketing (with a strong Growth Focus), you will be the strategic and operational leader driving all aspects of marketing. You will oversee customer acquisition, lifecycle management, content strategy, community engagement, and brand positioning. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers high visibility and significant impact on revenue growth and company direction.
You will initially work closely with a lean team and will be responsible for building and scaling the marketing organization as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & KPIs – Set and execute the end‑to‑end growth roadmap across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels; define and track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention targets.
- Performance Marketing – Own multi‑channel budgets (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencer/affiliate) and optimize campaigns through rigorous testing.
- Lifecycle & CRM – Design segmentation, personalization, and automation journeys that maximize conversion, engagement, and loyalty.
- Brand & Storytelling – Position the company as the category‑defining leader in hair‑regrowth technology through compelling, customer‑centric narratives.
- Content & Community – Oversee content strategy, UGC, creator collaborations, and community programs to drive advocacy and organic growth.
- Data & Insights – Build a robust analytics framework, translate insights into action, and present results to leadership and the board.
- Team Leadership – Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high‑performing marketing team; foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Budget Ownership – Allocate resources for maximum ROI while maintaining agility to seize new opportunities.
- 6 + years scaling growth marketing for DTC health, wellness, or beauty brands—ideally physical products.
- Proven mastery of performance channels and funnel optimization; hands‑on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo (or similar), and major e‑commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce).
- Strong command of CRO, A/B testing, subscription, and retention mechanics.
- Data‑driven yet customer‑obsessed; comfortable turning insights into bold creative bets.
- Leadership track record: recruiting, coaching, and scaling cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and investors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, and passion for science‑backed wellness innovation.
