Role Summary

We're seeking an A++++ level Project Manager to support a high-impact advisory and consulting firm operating across engineering, AI, and content-led initiatives. This role is critical to the smooth execution of diverse, high-stakes projects. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, detail-obsessed executor with excellent judgment, strong tech fluency, and a talent for managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.

You’ll be responsible for turning broad direction into structured execution—bringing clarity, consistency, and polish to both internal processes and client-facing deliverables, while ensuring seamless coordination across consulting, advisory, and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across consulting, advisory, and engineering domains, each with unique deliverables, scopes, and timelines
  • Build, maintain, and execute detailed project plans that align with strategic goals, proactively tracking progress and resolving blockers
  • Serve as the connective tissue between clients, academic partners, and internal teams—facilitating consistent communication, deliverables, and alignment
  • Oversee the entire content creation pipeline, including editing drafts, scheduling social media content, and managing digital publishing timelines
  • Coordinate logistical activities such as travel bookings and documentation prep (no calendar scheduling required)
  • Write comprehensive reports summarizing project deliverables, outcomes, and next-step recommendations
  • Use Airtable extensively for project management, status tracking, and operational workflows—experience preferred, but high adaptability required
  • Leverage automation tools such as n8n and other advanced AI platforms (beyond ChatGPT) to streamline recurring tasks and enhance team efficiency
  • Track key revenue milestones, project billing markers, and contract fulfillment across initiatives
  • Maintain organized documentation and CRM records to ensure transparency and auditability across the project lifecycle
  • Represent the brand professionally in all client-facing interactions, providing clarity, updates, and thoughtful input as needed
  • Handle sensitive or confidential projects with sound judgment, care, and discretion

What You Bring

  • Process driven
  • Proven experience independently managing fast-paced, cross-functional projects across diverse domains
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to elevate technical and advisory content for clarity and polish
  • Strong proficiency with Airtable (or a demonstrated ability to master tools quickly), Google Suite, and workflow automation platforms like n8n
  • Familiarity with project documentation tools, CRMs, and operational dashboards
  • Adept at managing content workflows and digital channels, including social media planning and oversight
  • Experience working with or around AI tools and automation technologies (bonus points if you've explored beyond ChatGPT)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a natural ability to bring structure to ambiguity
  • High emotional intelligence and sound decision-making in fast-moving, high-pressure environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience managing SaaS or AI-related project roadmaps (e.g., agile sprints, feature launches, or iterative releases)
  • Exposure to content-led technical consulting or digital advisory firms
  • Prior involvement in building operational systems from scratch (or significantly optimizing them)
  • Social media scheduling, editing, or publishing platform experience
