The Role -
Client Solutions Manager
The Client Solutions
team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Client Partner team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Ireland to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of Snapchat. The Client Solutions Manager, is responsible for ensuring successful design and delivery of all assigned campaigns strategy, including original content, custom-built, high-impact and targeted media

What your day will look like:

    • Act as a consultant to clients on how to achieve success on the paid media platform, and ensure they meet their business goals and desired KPIs efficiently
    • Lead optimization efforts and improve campaign set-up, monitor the performance and advise on the necessary optimization steps
    • Work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to contribute to strategies for clients to scale their business on the media platform.
    • Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers
    • Plan and host educational sessions with campaign managers on an agency level, as well as with clients
    • Accountability of Product Adoption across the agency teams and strategic clients to increase the STR
    • Operate as the technical expert on products and be able to relay updates and strategies to clients in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders
    • Strategic capacity to identify upselling opportunities to generate incremental revenue
    • Liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot and inquire on behalf of clients' queries for their campaigns
    • Curate and conduct business reviews
    • Synchronizing with CPs on the pod Strategy and the tactical plan on quarterly basis.
    • Work closely with CPs on Pre and Post sales opportunities and help with deck preparation
    • Personal development to become a performance expert and be able to execute campaigns effectively.

Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 3-5 years media experience.
    • Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, and campaign optimization
    • Strong time and project management skills
    • Proactive attitude
    • Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail
    • Experienced in creating and presenting presentations to clients. Salesforce experience is advantageous.
